• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We offer standard shipping within the United States.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
• Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (please check our website for current promotions).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your package through the carrier’s website to see the delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you.
