At Jones Road Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@jonesroadbeauyt.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
3. Ship the product back to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Gift cards

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
